  • Cinco de Mayo Celebration in Pioneer Park in Mountain View

    Entertainment Includes:  Raises de Mexico, Crittenden & Graham Middle School Choirs, St. Joseph Youth Ballet Folklorico Dancers, Los Altos High School Latinos Unidos Dancers, Marco Romero Dance School Salsa Dancers, Dance Lessons with Juan Aranda from Latin Potpourri, Mariachi San Jose, La Familia Sanchez, Castro Elementary School Folklorico Dancers
     
    Activities:  Arts and Crafts with Community School of Music & Art and Graham Middle School Student Council, Face Painting and Temporary Tattoos, Balloons and Giveaways for Kids, Lawn Games with Grant Road YMCA Staff, Mountain View Police Department Activities, Mountain View Fire Department Engine on Display, Information tables for local community organizations and a whole lot more!
     
    Food and Drinks: Food, Drinks, and Ice Cream will be available for purchase during the event.
     
    Parking: We encourage walking or using public transportation when coming to this event.  Parking is limited downtown.  Please park in the lots on Mercy Street or in the garage at California and Bryant Streets.  Please do not park in the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot or in city spaces.

    Art, Music, Video, Theatre and more…

    Are you interested in going to summer camp at one of Mountain View’s most popular camps: CSMA, PYT, or KMVT?

    Do you have an interest in painting, instrumental music, vocals, TV production, web design, ceramics, watercolor, hip-hop dance, drawing, photography, theatre, digital arts, Claymation, comic book design, or dozens of other courses?  If so, you could be awarded a Mesa de la Comunidad Summer Enrichment Scholarship, and go to camp at no cost to you!

    Scholarship application packets will be available in the main office at Crittenden and Graham beginning Thursday January 24th
    Applications are due no later than Monday, March 24th.

  • Casa Prep
    Supporting the development of a college preparatory tutorial program for students who plan to take honors and A.P. classes in high school.  This program will include educational forums about college planning for parents and students.
